- Passenger accident insurance (4-passenger car: 3 million TWD coverage) (8-passenger car: 5 million TWD or more coverage)

Cost not Included：

- Attraction entrance fees and hot spring bathing fees
- Personal expenses
- Personal meal expenses
- Chartered car overtime fee (4-seater NT$500 per hour, 8-seater NT$800 per hour, minivan NT$1500 per hour). Overtime fees must be paid on-site.

- After completing the reservation process, our customer service will provide the driver's contact number and license plate information to the passengers before 5:00 PM on the day before departure. Please pay attention to your email and message notifications.
- After completing the reservation process, the driver will proactively contact the passengers before 9:00 PM on the day before departure.
- Please depart on time according to the scheduled appointment to avoid delaying the itinerary. If the departure is delayed for more than one hour, the itinerary will start counting according to the original planned time.
- Some tourist attractions in Taiwan might experience sudden traffic control due to the daily crowd situation. When encountering traffic control, passengers need to bear the cost of transferring to a shuttle bus.
- The itinerary provided on the departure day is for reference only. The actual situation will be adjusted by the driver based on the traffic conditions, weather factors, and the duration of stays at attractions, after discussing with the passengers.
- Taiwan's summer weather can be extremely hot. Please bring sunscreen, umbrellas, and stay hydrated.
- Pets are strictly prohibited during the trip. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the itinerary without a refund.

- Due to limited availability of luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles, please contact customer service before making a reservation. Haplay Travel reserves the right to change/cancel orders. (The vehicle availability is based on the vehicles available on the day of departure; specific vehicle models are not guaranteed).
- For special holiday periods, including national holidays, Chinese New Year, and other special occasions, please consult the travel planner for pricing. If the reservation is made without prior consultation and the payment is made, but the quota is full or the actual cost of the itinerary does not match, causing the reservation to be canceled, passengers need to【bear the refund transaction fee (or pay the remaining tour fee)】on their own.

- Cancellation notice given one week or more before departure will incur a 10% handling fee.
- Cancellation notice given within one week before departure will result in a 50% refund, compensating for the expenses related to the reserved vehicle and driver dispatch.
- Cancellation notice given within 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for any refund, compensating for the expenses related to the reserved vehicle and driver dispatch.

If the trip cannot be completed due to reasons caused by our company:
- A full refund will be given to the customer.

If a customer falls ill on the departure day (requires a doctor's certificate):
- A 10% handling fee will be charged.

Regarding accommodation, the refund policy will follow the regulations of the respective provider. Passengers are advised to consider this and confirm with customer service in advance.
