Itinenary: Houtong > Buyan Pavilion > Lonely Road > Jiufen Old Street > Jingtong Old Street

< Houtong > (Cat Village)
The Houtong Cat Village is located near Jiufen, Taipei. Whoever is the cat lover would love to gathering here with cats and coffee. Those lovely cats are here to welcome you and you can take some photos, have a coffee and enjoy your leisure time.

< Buyan Pavilion >
Buyan Pavilion is located on the 102 county highway, the junction of Shuangxi and Jiufen, named by the former Shuangxi District, Mr. Jian Huaxiang by refering to Li Bai’s poem, "No matter how long people stay to see the scenery, they never feel bored", which is the meaning of this pavilion. One side of the beautiful scenery of Shuangxi district and the other side of full scenery of Ruifang district.

< Lonely Road > (The most beautiful road)
The scenery along the winding roads is one of the most beautiful and because of the lonely grass and beautiful scenery, it is called "Lonely Road."

< Jiufen Old Street >
Jiufen was the center of the gold mining in the past, surrounded by mountains and sea, with a number of views of mountains and seas, it is worth to enjoy these romantic nostalgic mountains. Jiufen old street is the "Must Go" for Japanese, Korean, Thai, Burmese, Malaysian, Hong Kong, European and American. The old streets here are full of style, there's variety of sourvenir here, numerous of snacks shop, Aunty Gan's taro ball, traditional rice cake etc. The famous Amei Tea House with the lantern street and versicolour skies provide both outstanding night and day views.

< Jingtong Old Street >
On the same railway of the Shifen-Pingxi, there is an old street of Jingtong. The atmosphere is more hipster, good luck will come to you when you can write your wishes on the bamboo tube and pray sincerely.
