※Important info for Grand view bath house users :
- Opening hours are from 08:00 am to 23:00 pm, please make reservation in advance.
- The hotspring is for 2 people in 1 room and the using time is 60 minutes.
- For additional or extra time, please refer to the Volando Urai Spring Spa & Resort.
- Children under 130cm are free.
- The final admission time is 22:00PM and the summer weekday usage time is 90 minutes.

※Important info for public bath house users:
- Opening hours are from 08:00 am to 23:00 pm, and the final admission time is 22:00 PM, limited to single entry and exit.
- On Thursdays, the on-site maintenance and repair day is open from 12:00 noon to 23:00 in the evening.
- The different bath house for male/female and children under the age of 12 are restricted.
- Each entry is limited to four hours.
- Accessible facilities include: open-air hot springs, indoor hot/cold pool, spa pool, oven, steam room, locker, seating area, dressing area.

- It is not recommended for people with high blood pressure/heart disease and pregnant women to participate in bathing activities.
- Do not use the bath house after drinking.
